Project work
Any web design, hosting, or SEO engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement that covers scope, price, timeline, payment terms, and ownership. Where those documents and this page conflict, the signed agreement controls. Pricing shown on the pricing page is a starting point and may change based on scope.
SEO results
We follow current best practices for local SEO, but search rankings are controlled by Google and other third parties. We do not guarantee a specific ranking, Map Pack position, traffic level, or lead volume.
Client responsibilities
For project work, you agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback and approvals, and the rights to any content, images, or logos you supply to us.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and code of this website belong to Triangle Web Design. Deliverables for a client project transfer according to the terms of that project's agreement (for example, code ownership under the Lump Sum option).
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Triangle Web Design is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our services. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
